Our colleagues hold licenses of the Europass Certificate - Supplement Pass (3525 – Detective), and from Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority exams. According to the Law of Financial Institutes his enables and authorizes us to take part in handling claims and asset reclaimation with banks, leas companies as so called non-independent agent.
We keep constant track of the financial situation of the debtor to effectively enable us in achieving a desired agreement and securing financial guarantees. When these activities require it, our company works closely together with the authorities.
